Taco Dip

1 Package of cream cheese

1 jar of salsa your choice( i use med salsa) 

1/2  head of chopped lettuce

1 bag of mozz shredded cheese

You put package of cream cheese in pan and cover the bottom with it. Then put your salsa on top of that..Then put chopped lettuce on top of that and sprinkle top with cheese... You are all done its fast and all your guests will love it....Enjoy

Here is one of my favorite recipes!!!

Cream Of Potatoe Soup w/cheese

1.   1 1/2 cups of chicken broth      

2.   1/2 cup chopped onions

3.   1 cup sliced potatoe

4.   1/2 teaspoon dillweed

5.   2 tablespoons butter

6.   2 tablespoons flour

7.   1/4 teaspoon salt

8.   1 cup milk

9.   1 brick of sharp cheese (or your choice of cheese)

Combine 1-4 in a pan bring to a boil then reduce heat,cover simmer about 10mins.

Combine 5-8 in seperate pan  this is the thickener for the soup use a wire wisk to mix... When mixture starts to thicken add in your cheese...

Then add thickener to your soup (1-4)  you then take about half of the mixture and blend it in the blender then add it to your soup and you are done....

* I use 4 cans of broth and triple 5-8

* I also add chunks of ham to my soup when it is all done... It is awesome!!!!!
